Ayran Balkan

Ayran is a traditional Bulgarian milk drink, and we at Lactima Balkan put it in modern and convenient bottles, ready for consumption at any table. Ayran Balkan is not just yogurt, water and salt, our ayran is fermented under a special technology. We create the finished product and its wonderful taste in one work cycle. Ayran Balkan is bottled in 330 ml, 500 ml, 1, and 2 litre packages, and we also have a salt-free version, which is suitable for children and people whose salt intake is limited for one reason or another. Stratification of our ayran is a sought-after effect – we do not add stabilizers, so when the bottle is at rest for a long time, water and milk separate because milk is heavier than water. It is important not to forget to shake the bottle before use, which is why we have put a special sign.
