Fresh milk Balkan is also special. Unlike UHT milk, which is pasteurized at temperatures above 100oC, it is pasteurized at 93oC, which retains all its beneficial properties and the milk still contains the same amount of calcium and other nutrients and beneficial bacteria.
It is important to remember that the milk must be consumed within 2 days after opening the bottle or boiled if you cannot use it within this period. In addition to the traditional 1 litre packaging, we also offer a 500 ml bottle for those who love the pure natural taste of fresh milk and prefer to consume it directly.
